Assalam-o-Alaikum, ek behtareen hal to anisa ki taraf se app ko mil chuka. Ek aur aasan hal : Raat jaldi sona subah jaldi uthna aur agar aapka haazma durust naa ho to usay durust karna. raat ke khane ke fauran baad 10-15 minute brisk walking aur 2 ghanton ke baad hi sona. dopahar ke khane ke fauran baad 20-30 minute complete aaram, yahan tak ke dimaag ko bhi har soch say khali kar dein.
